To confirm a slot and booking with Sanatan Tours, customers are required to make an advance payment of at least 35% of the total cost. The remaining 65% of the total cost must be paid before 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
Payment methods accepted by Sanatan Tours include PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking Etc. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner to secure their booking.
Failure to make the required payments within the specified timeframes may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any advance payments made. In such cases, Sanatan Tours reserves the right to allocate the slot to another customer with a further notice.
Once payment is received and confirmed by Sanatan Tours, customers will receive a booking confirmation via email or other designated communication channels.
At Sanatan Tours, we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and their belongings. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of personal belongings during our tours or services, we cannot guarantee the security of every item.
We kindly remind all customers to take responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour or service. Please exercise caution and keep valuables secure at all times.
Sanatan Tours will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings during the tour or service. We advise customers to refrain from bringing valuable or irreplaceable items on tours, and to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings.
All travelers must carry valid and current documentation, including Adhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or any other required travel documents. Customers are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and validity of their documents.
Sanatan Tours will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the possession of fake, forged, fraud or expired documents. Travelers found with inadequate documentation may be denied participation in tours or services and may incur legal consequences and additional costs.
We strongly urge customers to thoroughly review their documentation before travel and seek assistance if needed.
Sanatan Tours recognizes that natural disasters and unforeseen events may affect travel plans. If a tour or service is impacted:

Sanatan Tours does not include travel insurance in our tour packages. Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance separately, as it is not included in the package price.

Refunds are calculated based on the total tour cost, not the advance payment.
Example:
If you paid an advance of ₹2500 and the total cost was ₹5000, canceling 25 days before departure will result in a 50% refund of the total cost (SQUARED OFF).
